Location
How to reach Technopolis?
By car
- Via the motorway: Technopolis is located along the E19 (Brussels-Antwerp). Take exit 10 Mechelen-Zuid, turn right at the roundabout and you will drive straight into the car park.
- If you are coming via Mechelen, it is best to take the brand new Tangent. You will see Technopolis just before the E19 slip road. Turn left at the roundabout and drive into the car park.
- Parking is free of charge.
By bus / De Lijn
- Buses 5 (Technopolis), 82 (Zaventem Brussels Airport) and 822 (Weerde Kerk) stop at the entrance to Technopolis. Plan your bus
By train
- Take the train to Mechelen main station. Plan your train
- Take bus 5 (Technopolis), 82 (Zaventem Brussels Airport) or 822 (Weerde Kerk) to Technopolis. These buses stop at the Technopolis car park. Plan your bus
- Rent a bike: You can easily rent a bike at Mechelen station.
- Or walk to Technopolis. It is about 2.2 km. You will arrive via the Zemstbaan. View your route here
By bike
- There are several cycle routes from Mechelen station. You can cycle via the Postzegellaan or via the brand new cycle highway that runs parallel to the Tangent.
- If you are coming from Zemst, follow the Brusselsesteenweg towards Mechelen. At the end of Abeelstraat, turn left onto Zemstbaan. A little further on, turn right into the Technopolis car park.
- Plan your ittinery
- You can park your bike in the free covered bike shed. This is not supervised.
